The Arts Programs
Programs in The Arts enable youth to develop their creativity and cultural awareness through knowledge and appreciation of the visual arts, crafts, performing arts and creative writing.
ImageMakers Photography
Ages 6-18
Members create their own works of art. Paint, draw, color, and sculpt about themes like ancient Egypt, the solar system, and holidays during afterschool and summer classes.
Lyricism 101
Ages 13-18
Teens participate in creative activities that build and expand their literary skills while being exposed to the art of Hip Hop, particularly Cipher Culture.
Music Studio
Ages 13-18
Club members receive instruction on engineering audio production, songwriting, musical instrumentation, and explore many phases of musical creation.
DramaMatters
Ages 6‐18
DramaMatters Afterschool is a drama education program for Clubs designed to raise awareness about the benefits of drama education. Drama education builds self-confidence, sparks creativity and boosts academic achievement.
National Fine Arts Exhibit Program
Ages 6‐18
This program encourages artistic expression among Club members through drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, mixed media and sculpture while providing opportunities for members to create artwork for display in a local exhibit.

Dance
Ages 6‐18
Club members learn a variety of dance styles such as Ballet, Modern, Jazz, West African, and Hip Hop taught by professional artists from Afriky Lolo, Dance St. Louis, and more.
Musical Theatre with Stages St. Louis
Ages 8‐18
Artists from STAGES St. Louis teach kids the basics of the performing arts through song, character, plot and more. Each class culminates with public performances in the community.
