21st Century Grant

Thanks to a 21st Century Community Learning Center grant, we’ve been able to serve teens at Hazelwood East High School, Hazelwood Southeast Middle School, Grannemann Elementary and Highland Elementary School in Riverview Gardens School District.

The after school and summer program at Hazelwood East serves rising 9th-12th graders and offers a wide range of high energy activities designed to improve student academic achievement and address the multiple needs and interests of children and families. Members of the program receive homework assistance, access to a social worker and guidance counselor, college and career prep, tutoring, ACT prep, engage in sports and music activities and more.

The Riverview Gardens Club serves youth ages 6-12 and also receives generous support from the United Way of Greater St. Louis, Social Venture Partners, and North County Inc.
