Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis (BGCSTL) proudly welcomes Interim Director, State & Local Government Relations, McDonalds, Marco Tipton, to the Board of Directors.  As a new board member, Tipton will be a part of inspiring and empowering Club youth to succeed and champion opportunities to prepare them for the future.

BGCSTL President & CEO Brandon Williams says, “We are excited to welcome seven new board members who bring their expertise, passion, and experience to help us get our youth future-ready.”

Boys & Girls Clubs play a significant role in the lives of more than 4 million young people each year.  At Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis, more than 18,000 youth are served through after school, sports, STEM, teen and summer camp.

  • Neal Rideout, Principal, Edward Jones
  • Christian Gordon, Environmental Compliance Practice Group Leader, Lewis Rice

Boys & Girls Clubs offer homework assistance, STEM learning, sports and recreation, the arts, life-enhancing leadership opportunities, healthy living, good character and citizenship, and more.

Williams added, “We are grateful for the presence of our board members in understanding the impact of their role is in achieving the mission of our organization.

Our mission is to enable and inspire all youth, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential to become productive, responsible and caring citizens.  We do whatever it takes to help kids, families, and communities close the opportunity gap, ensuring young people have access to experiences and opportunities that improve their lives.
