Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis welcomes new board members David R. Aplington – BJC, Gregg Berdy – Opthalmology Associates, Jen Call – U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation (USBCDC), Mark C. Darrell – Spire, John Maroney – W &M Restaurants/Taco Bell Franchisee, and, Mark E. Stallion – Husch Blackwell.

Dave Aplington is senior vice president and general counsel for BJC HealthCare and responsible for the provision of legal services throughout BJC’s hospitals and service organizations. He also oversees risk management, corporate compliance and audit services.

Dr. Gregg Berdy is involved with the ophthalmology teaching program at Washington University where he serves as attending physician in the resident clinic.

Jen Call is Assistant Director of Asset Management at U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation (USBCDC) where she manages a team of Asset Managers overseeing a portfolio of Low Income Housing Tax Credit investments with committed equity over $3.2 billion in various phases from construction through disposition.

Mark Darrell is senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer of Spire. In this role he is responsible for advising the board of directors, CEO and senior management on legal matters affecting the utility company and its subsidiaries.

John Maroney is President of W & M Restaurants, which owns and operates 14 Taco Bell stores in Missouri and Illinois.

Mark Stallion is a partner with Husch Blackwell, and brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm’s Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation team.
