Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis is now accepting applications for the St. Louis Internship Program (SLIP), connecting high school students across the St. Louis bi-state region with paid internship opportunities, career preparation and real-world professional experience.

SLIP provides life and career services designed to develop a pipeline of talented, diverse young professionals. Through the program, students gain valuable workplace experience while developing the skills, confidence and professional connections needed to prepare for college and careers.

Eligible applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher, attend a high school in the St. Louis bi-state area, be a current sophomore or junior during the 2026-27 school year, and maintain excellent attendance and responsible citizenship.

Students and families interested in learning more about the application process can participate in one of two virtual application sessions at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, or Wednesday, Nov. 4. Registration for the sessions is available at bit.ly/2027SLIPAppSession.

The application deadline is Dec. 1.

Through SLIP, students have the opportunity to earn money, gain hands-on career experience and earn college credit while exploring potential career pathways.
